Today's Writing Prompt: Anger
How do you handle anger?

Anger - one emotion that i am getting to know better and better these days due to its frequent visits :D hehe

Hmmm.. one thing that immediately follows when am angry is silence. I draw myself into that cocoon and become silent as its always better to handle it within than to lose it all out and end up hurting the close ones and your own self. But still sometimes a splinter would manage to break out and burn the one standing next to me.

I remember my teacher telling me that the best way to handle Anger or for that matter any emotion is to "Know that you are angry" By the time you really know the feeling it would have dissipated into bliss. Something that I have not experienced as such in the daily life, but would love to have it in there in me as a behaviour pattern so that me and everyone around can be spared from the heat rays. :-)
